Behind the scenes - Building a team

As of today I am announcing three new jobs Camera operator/ video editor and Location and permits coordinator. this is a big step for the business something that is very hard to do. This is also an opportunity to "come work with us" and why do I say with us, well I believe in work when you want how you want policy something not many companies offer but I believe people work best in the best way then know how and this is different for everyone. Yes we have deadlines yes it's gonna be different but I believe that a team works best when they are in an environment that works for them. Jadeite Entertainment is all about creativity and productivity and that something I will have in this job.
